House Rental Available in April !

I will be moving to a new house, sometime before April 11, so the House in Romyen Village 3 (close to Big C), I am renting will be available in April.

Its a two bedroom, one bath, with outside kitchen. It comes partly furnished. Two A/C units in Big room and A/C in one Bedroom. One car off-Soi parking. More space in front on soi.

House has water tank and pump, (its one place that does not have a water problem, why is beyond me, but when no water is coming out of the test faucet, it still pumps water without using the tank.)

Has hot water in shower and kitchen.

LandLady is an angel. Not sure what she will be asking, but you can always talk her down.

If interested PM me and after the 11th will give you the landlady's #. If you would like to see it, that also is possible, but might need to be after 6PM. I also might be willing to sell some items.



Oh, it also has telephone and ADSL and UBC. Thinking I might pull the UBC dish and install in new place.

Well moving day is the 9th, and I think this place is still available.

The # to call for more info is 0819645463. The price is somewhere between 5k to 6k. I was paying 6k, but a lot of extras were added before I move in, like everything. Water pump, tank, kitchen, AC bedroom, water heaters......
and it all stays.
