House Sitter/ sublet for July and August

I will be in Udon Thani for a few visit in May and June. I will then be returning to stay for July and August as I conduct some research in Udon Thani for my master's thesis.

I was thinking about renting a small place but perhaps someone would like a housesitter for this hot season? Alternatively, I could sublet any place for a couple of months. I find out about scholarships in the next few days. Until then, I have very limited funding!!!

Don't know about subletting but if interested you might want to stay at the AEK Apartments. They are quite nice for the price. I am on long term stay there now. Teh price is between 3000 to 6000 Baht per month. figure on 37 Baht per Dollar.

Another lot of apartments, if you want to be right in the city is right near the Bangkok Bank in Prajak Road.

I think they might be a little more expensive at about 6000 to 9000 Baht per month, but they have air con , double bed and are clean and roomy.

AEK Udon apartments have air-con, (except the 3000 Baht/month)...
all fittings and furnishings are new, including the king size bed, maid cleans twice a week. 24/7 security/parking.
Current special offer... Rent the Deluxe (6000/month) apartment for 3 months or more, pay in advance... and price drops to 5000/ month.
Very good value IMHO.
Prices do not includes water (100Baht/month/person), or electricity at 5 Baht/unit.
