How do you define a Farang R'sole?

I particularly liked the definition given By Gulliver's bar in Bangkok, who have just celebrated serving a million of them,according to Not the Nation .
One who can make a small beer last two hours . :lol:

Good spot TB and an amusing read , no point in Gulivers opening a venue in Udon ... there are no assholes at all residing here .... btw thats not a piss take , since opening CC 2 years ago i reckon i have had only two customers matching this description come in the shop , Udons bar owners might have a different tale to tell tho.
