How to get a program off my ''C'' drive

Have you tried going to the "Control Panel" and then "Add/remove programs", and then highlight the appropriate programme and click "Remove"? Or with Vista "Programs" and "Uninstall".

Maybe not so easy as uninstalling a program.

I use this program to get rid of programs I don't want on my computer.
Revo Uninstaller
Download for free (so not the Professional version) from their site.

Just install the program & start it up. It lists all programs on your computer..


They will be alphabetically listed. Select the Sims program & click on Uninstall in the top window.
It will ask if you are sure you want to & when you say Yes the following screen appears.

Select the Advanced option to fully make sure everything is removed & let it run...it can take a while & asks you to click to delete a few things if the normal uninstall leaves them...
That part of the process is removing stuff from the registry etc,,,
