Ill treatment at Udon Immigration

Did my 90 day report today, gave the first Lady my Passport and completed form and was greeted by Hello Mr. ****! First time I've been called by my name and the Lady was very polite and helpful - a real pleasure.

You're quite right I saw her last week ,charming as ever and her little skin blemishes appeared to have improved greatly.
It's a shame she wasn't able to reply to the criticisms but at least she would have had the satisfaction, had she known, that the recent poll showed that the Udon office was about 4 times more popular than Nong Khai. :D =D> =;

Ill treatment at Udon Immigration

Went in yesterday for my quarterly check-in and never got past the three little candy striper gals in the front. One of them lached onto my paperwork and the other two giggled and wiggled around me while the one with my paperwork got it stamped. Boy, I thought I was someone special until I felt a set of eyes on me at which time I said 'yes dear, it is time to leave. IMHO, I think the IMO here in Udorn is pretty darn good and friendly.
Hit 'em hard, hit 'em fast, hit 'em with the one they don't expect, and just keep hitting.

Very simply put,you have to have a visa when you come here ,to convert or change it to a different type visa!You can not get a visa from 30 or 15 day entry stamp!
At the Bangkok Immigration office,there is a section for ''changing the type visa!

Ill treatment at Udon Immigration

Postby bumper » May 11, 2012, 11:04 am

Ok did my annual today no ill treatment. But, they are difentely promoting copies. I buried them in paperwork two copies of everything which they kept. But, they came up with one form that is not outside, so we donlt have access to it. So it required a copy. Seh asked me to pay for the copy I said OK how much. I got " up to you" [-X so I pulled out one baht and gave it to her. The same price I would pay anywhere else :lol:

There was one farrang in there saying they had marked his passport wrong, he was talking on the phone right next to me a Tourist Police volunteer was sitting, off he went on a tirade about the Police. He was in there before I was, then he went off about how they didn't give him a que card. There was a sign sitting on the table that clearly stated get a que card

All I have to say is I'm glad I went before he did, as they were in a good mood when I did my business. :-"
