irish clock website / booking problems

have been trying to contact irish clock to book accomodation
but email being returned and website down

anyone local know what the score is

is it closed

I would like clean ensuite room with sat/cable tv and in room internet access for laptop (wifi or lan) and safe in room
near the centre of town / shopping centre etc


any recommendations for somewhere like that around last 3 weeks in December would be appreciated

Never stayed there myself.
But would be surprised if you don't get any replies as to what its like to stay at.
There will be someone out there that can tell you the Good points and the downside i am sure.

Large clean rooms, built in furniture (not flat pack), Huge rain shower in the bathroom. Some views better than others. Free wireless internet, cable TV. Pool table (free) in the bar. Good value at 850 baht/night
plus of course it is above a pub - what more could you ask for LOL (There is a seperate entrance for those late night outs too)

The 'Full English' breakfast aint bad.

Bloody good place. Good food, cold Guiness and Kilkenny on tap, good staff, clean modern rooms.
Steps are a hazard after too much "food".

Sunday roast for 200Bt compliments a pot of black just nicely.

Yeah - sounds great - but how do you book with them since they refuse to reply to several emails! Really frustrating and makes one wonder how they care for their business.....

it seems no one from irish clock visit's this forum to realise what some people think about the way they run their buisness. Still its their buisness so its their loss i suppose.
if it was my buisness i would be making the most of this forum .recommendations speak volumes.

I ended up ringing
booked over telephone but will confirm again via email next week
just in cause me sollee no speakee english no have loom !
