it's very nicce Hotel!

I've stay on my way back from Vientiane. it's a very nice hotel,but the first night I stayed there. Something has happened while I was there. I got to stayed on the second level and the far end of the building room 206 near the fire exit at around 12am to 3am I constantly hear people walk on that stair case with loud noise like someone moving things. I have got out to check out and saw a guy in Hotel uniform and ask him to keep the noise down! it's stop for a while! but still continually making the same noise. I call the hotel reception to complain about the noise! they sent some guy to checked. After he investigated the noise he came back to tell me he can't find any thing that making the noise,but he did hear the noise! so I asked the Reception to change the room. Apart from that! the hotel is nice and the wireless internet is working just fine! it's far away from city center, There are always Tuk-Tuk near by.

So which hotel is it, or do we have to guess it.
