Japanese Tourist Scammed in Udon

Since the Lao,s booted out all the african " Businessmen" from downtown vientiane i always go to udon now to buy my Diamonds.
Seriously though you would have to be pretty gullible to buy Diamonds or anything else from a couple of africans they are not noted for there integrity

You would actually have to be a total dickwit to be had over by a couple of dodgy darkies sculking around udons more shithole hotels , they dont exactly ooze honesty and the only place they would fit in woud be eeeer Africa or the 100m olyimpic final .

I did see these 2 Cameroon cowboys on home news a few days back and am wondering is Cameroon been actively marketed for quality tourists that Thailand is looking for.Such a long way away to come for a tourist destination,finding kutchap ladies wanting something different in a foreigner.
Remember a years or so ago Thailand was promoting Udon for muslims/arabs to try as a destination but have failed to see many in town.

Soi 3 -13 in Sukhumvitt is full of African "Scammers "all wanting to sell you drugs, funds, goods etc , at amazing prices etc.

BKK Post have written a few articles on the increasing problem located there , but as always the Mafia that control that section of the road for the shops, and street stalls, allow it, as they also receive "contributions "

I was in Bumrungrad approx 2 months ago and they are even in there, walking around the various clinics, Skin, Cosmetics etc, trying to introduce themselves as being lost and attempting to befriend you etc
