Well I think they are a sponsor.

I've been trying to contact these guys for the last week, both email and phone, to get a quotation for a new pool in Udon.

The only responce I've had is 2 emails with 3 pool pictures attached, no text and the phone rings but no answer, have tried different times of day and evening.

If anyone knows these guys can you give them a kick up the jacksee, they're about to lose the value of a 20m pool and spa

You have more faith than I do!With that type of response,I would worry about their pool construction abilities!Maybe a rec from someone else, that has had a pool built successfully,is in order!Sponsor or not!

Totally agree Stan, I was going to ask them for a reference pool locally or Khon Kaen that I could have a look at...and if they're Thai the TW could speak with the owners.

Still, another email and phone call this morning and no responce so looks like I'll be searching the internet for an alternative pool company.

Recommendations would be nice

With that lousy customer service, not following up on enquires, the guy will never get rich.

Someone else will, who answers the phone and their emails.

I noticed that there is a shop house on the ring road in udon advertiseing pools.

If you go from big c on the ring road in the direction of home pro the shop house is 4 to 5 hundred meters on the left side oppasite the big aircon shop

I was at their office yesterday opposite Makro Supermarket in Khon Kaen. Their staff speak English so you shouldn't have any problems communicating, if you can get through that is. I know they're pretty busy but that's no excuse for not responding, FYI they answered the phone when I called on Friday. Please try again.
