There is a big difference between Psychotropic drugs and ED medications.

However, bottom line...how difficult is it, for any man over the age of 45, anywhere in the world, to get a prescription for an ED medication from a licensed M.D.?

It is not difficult, at least not in Thailand. I got one from an MD on Pattaya Klang. It would cost more if I did not buy the K from him. And as K is not officially available, they cannot write a prescription for it. It will be for the main ingredience, same as in Vitamine V. And if you intend to bring some K back to Europe, try to have a prescription. If you should be unlucky to be searched by customs, you'll lose your pills without it.
