I've seen on another Thai related forum how a guy made a few bob by bringing over a suitcase full of egg poacher pans. Then selling them to bar owners, who do English Breakfasts.

Is there any kitchen gadgets you miss from home which is difficult to obtain in Thailand?

I bought over an egg poacher for the microwave. Perfect poached eggs to have on my toast and vegimite every time.
