LA, I think you may have started drinking early today :shock:

That was 15,000 Thai Baht NOT US $, which is what it calls for to 'reserve' your unit. The ad isn't 'old' because it refers to condo's to be available in the future. Sounds like the units are not yet available - under construction - at this time.

KTC does not have Wi-fi but has ethernet cables installed in every room.

Well I've been up and down every soi there and cannot find it, the first soi behind the jap/thai only has houses in it from what i can see.

Found the place, was pretty easy too. You take the first soi (I think Soi Utumporn, spelling is off sorry)between the Agricultural Office and AUA. Take the first left you come to, (should be a small red brick building at the corner). You will be able to see the sign TKC Condotel (right hand side of soi) after you make the left turn.

Thanks, I found it last night, I was looking behind thai/jap place and it's not there.
Checked the rooms and looks very nice except every room has 2 single beds and no queen or king size, I guess that's why the place is very quiet-5555
