About 450 000 thb/rai and sounds reasonable. Filled or not? I am not telling how much we paid, but at this moment we have priced one 600 m2 block to avg. price 280 000 thb. Near paved road price is of course higher. Land has been filled, but not for building a house. Just to keep water out from the area. We have 1800 m2 which we sell splitted to 1-3 smaller blocks. 3 km Sakhon Nakhon road from BigC and 1,4 km smaller road to north.

Blocks are already filled, the land sits on a hill so will never get flodded out, concrete road on the main entry the Soi is gravel to my block about 50mt, once all the land has been sold the council will concrete it, they just did the soi down the road with concrete, Just 2 homes here at the moment. theres only 6 blocks, in the soi.

The land across the road is vacant, but with in a few years will probably be sold and developed, as udon Grows
