The following is from a previous post by Lee. Never used them personally, but you might give them a visit since they have an American attorney on board.

Somphol & Associates Law Firm is a general practice, multi-service law firm located in Udon Thani, Thailand. Their office is staffed with five licensed Thai attorneys, one licensed foreign attorney, and support staff. They are multi-lingual and committed to assist foreigners and Thais alike in successfully resolving their legal issues.
Areas of Practice: They are a general practice law firm which means that they are specialists in all areas of Thai and international law.
Real estate transactions
Domestic relations law
Immigration/Visas
Criminal law
Company registration
Commercial law
Intellectual property law
Costs: As professional attorneys, they review their clients' cases individually. As such, it can be difficult to provide a fixed, one-size-fits-all price list for everybody. Here is an example of costs for typical cases:
Initial consultation: 1,000 Baht/hour
Agreement/Contract (Thai and English): 6,000 - 10,000 Baht
Pre-nuptial Agreement (Thai and English): 12,000 Baht
Contested Divorce: 25,000 Baht
Company Registration: (Please inquire)
Work Permit: (Please inquire)
Thai Long Stay Visa: (Please inquire)
US Visas: (Please inquire)
Why do they charge for consultations? They charge for consultations because it ensures that you will receive honest and accurate legal advice. Often times, a legal firm will offer an initial consultation hoping to sell you a service. They prefer to have you pay a small fee for receiving their honest and unbiased opinion.

This map does not accurately represent the location. They are located on the southwest corner of the intersection of the ring road and the highway to Nong Khai. Going north to Nong Khai turn left at the intersection towards Tesco Lotus and they are immediately on the left. There is a large red sign in Thai over their office. I was just there today, and to answer a previous posters question: They do not all speak fluent English, but there is an American associate named Roger working there who is making up a usafrucht contract for me. Their fees are as stated on their website.
