LONG rent (12 months MINIMUM)

Can anyone, please, recommend anyone that I can talk to about the above?

What I am looking for is accomodation which includes - Sitting room, bedroom, bathroom*, kitchen* and (ideally) a garden or terrace/balcony.

* Ferang style.

If it is furnished then so much the better BUT, if not, no problem.

The location I am looking for is WITHIN the UT ring road and the rental I wish to pay is around 5,000 per month.

Any recommendations will be much appreciated - and rewarded with pints if tenancy secured!

I'm not sure you are being very realistic with your 5000 baht per month request. I know several guys living within ring-road in single rooms (bedroom and attached bath) for that price. Good luck.

Best to go to housing areas you have interest in and look around and ask. 5k is possible for say a 2 bedroom, big room, and outside Thai kitchen house, If you are willing to pay 6 month advance, you need to haggle on price. House like above range from 4,500 to 8,000, with an advance of 1 month rent and 1 month deposit, about the same as anywhere in the world.
