Looking for House to rent in the western part of Udon

I am currently staying at a hotel in Udon Thani but would like to switch to a fully or partially furnished house (2 bedrooms, bath, living room, kitchen) next month.
First rental period would be Feb. to April 07, next one would be: 10/07-03/08.
Monthly rate should be around 10 K Bath.

House should not be too far away from Lotus or Road to Kut Chup or Ban Chiang Yun resp. Any suggestions? Mobile:083-307 89 00

Ok this is the method that always worked for me, Drive the area you are intersted in, if you find one you like. Look for houses where the yards are no well kept and no shoes around. If you find that you have proably have just found a vacant house that might be avilable for rent. Don't count on signs many times there is none. Yuo have to ask the neighbors if the house is for rent they will know it and usually have a phone number for the owner.

If you see Tuk Tuk drivers in the area they will know if there are houses for rent. Stop at the local small talot they seem to know evythign going on in the neighborhood.

My wife is looking after her sister's vacant house. 2 story, 2bdrm/2bath, A/C and ceiling fans. 2 phone lines, Partially furnished, quite neigborhood. In the vicinity of grid H-13 of UdonMap. I think she's asking 4500 bt a month. In the US now, but flying out today and arrive in Udon on Sunday. If interested call my wife for more info and set up time to see the place next week.
