Apologies to LYM and other Canucks. I didn't realise 1 July was Canada's big day. Perhaps LYM threw a lot of kip around entertaining some lovely young Lao girls on 1 July? He had an excuse for a bit of a party and for not keeping in touch with the pulse of udonmap on this thread.

Oh dear. That's bloody horrible. It seems the Udon posters are too distressed to post on udonmap today. It's very quiet. The Nong Khai contingent and posters not living in Thailand seem to keep udonmap ticking over when the temperatures get stressful. We ain't second-class citizens. OT spent three hours in the scorching forty plus degree sunshine here in Doha this afternoon to get some color on my Lilly white legs, result: nothing still Lilly white although I did put 50+ sun lotion on. Next time no lotion, second thoughts there isn't going to be a next time. Watching movies in the cool AC is a much better thing to do on my day off.

For fxck sake OT if you spent 3 hours in the sun in NZ, you'd be in agony before nightfall even with that 50 lotion. If you're travelling, be careful.
