mobile phone message

Postby parrot » December 28, 2011, 9:19 am

I wonder if a computer/mobile phone geek can help me figure this out:
Over the past 3 days, I've received about 10 mobile phone messages that are as follows:

900414
Message cannot be displayed

Sender:
900414

Message centre:
+66818310808

Sent:
27-Dec-2011

Of course, the time varies depending on when I receive the message. We have friends in Sweden, Norway, and Italy....but it doesn't appear the message is originating from any of those countries. I'm guessing that the +66 phone number is a Thai number (0)81-831-0808, but that doesn't match anything in our phone directory. It doesn't have enough digits to be an international number (as far as I can tell).

Anyone have any ideas?

It could just be some sort of spam....although I've never had a problem with that sort of thing in the past.

Anyone have any ideas?

It looks like some kind a callcenter trying to reach you.....
These days life seems pretty good and I eagerly look forward to the continuation!

I get an occasional advert sms from Robinson's or A1S, in Thai, so I know my phone is capable of displaying Thai letters.
No big deal...today I didn't get any more of the same.....so maybe it's a fluke.
Thanks for the inputs.
