Mobile phone screen died

Postby plien » February 13, 2010, 5:35 pm

Dropped my mobile phone on the floor yesterday. It seems to be working but the screen is dead. I placed simcard into a spare phone and here is the problem. The simcard (AIS), hasnt stored any of my contact numbers. Guess its in the memory of the faulty phone.
Does anyone know of a good place in Udon that can fix the screen or retrieve information from the phone?

Appreciate advice here, thanks Plien

Ouch! Next time, store your contact information in the SIM card, if that option exists on your phone.

Most likely, somebody on the 2nd floor of Central Plaza can help you out. just walk around among the telephone stalls until you see a repair station. If that guy can't help you, he will most likely point you to somebody who can.

Have you got a cable to connect it to a pc? Extract the info that way if you have.

My wife replaced the screen on her Nokia N70 for around 300 baht in the mobile phone area of the second floor in Central Plaza.
