Hi Mike thanks for the link. =D>
I have all my tanks purchased now from DOS.
Haven't installed them as yet and will post when that happens.

As an important addition to any house build I should mention that security should be in place.
With Paranoia aside I thought it wise for me to design and install some security methods into my house build.
I thought I was normal but deep down maybe I am paranoid, maybe because I did like that Black Sabbath album in high school.
But
It is funny how when subjects are spoken of things do happen.
...
We had an intruder on the premises yesterday and the GF sent me photos of our latest security system in action. It is a shoot first ask questions later system.
The perp failed to escape and got his cumuppance real quick.

I am certain the intruder was not am UM member but then again you never know.Once the intruder had been alerted by security his wellbeing on this earth was short lived.

My security system has now passed the intial trials and has 2 modes ....instant action and passive rest modes.
Monkey Man as a side line sells the security system and easily installed.

I have attached 2 photos to visually show how our protection system works.

Your right there Doug.
There is a video of his first snake venture but to big for this forum. He is just learning to bark and let everyone know he's around.
Singto is being absolutely spoilt rotten. :)

Stardate 06052016.
Looks like the commissioning of the pool is just in time for me to be home on my next rotation to enjoy the 40C temps.
The photos were taken as he was loading the salt which can be seen on the bottom, chemical balance was done and now once the salt is dissolved the salt water chlorinator should do its job??? The levels are down as he has been backwashing to clean the just placed filter sand. And the gutter covers are removed.
I'll have the hard part of correct placement of my deck chair and esky while on lifeguard duty. :-"

Have also this week had the missus on the shovel and hoe with the neighbours and the local tractor clearing and leveling the ground for the concrete apron around the house.
She's a good worker and has gone out and rented the (wacker packer) plate compactor to keep fit, I told her its better then the hoola hoop full of water. :D

The first photo shows the excavator way down on our land boundary working on the new road in the irrigation water park.

Your place is looking awesome mate. You might want to have a house warming while a Sydney Swans barracking Bogan is in Tasmania.

Thanks mate, its all up to my girl to get it done.

Unfortunately I owe said 2 header a box of achar for the swan's blues game so he might have to turn up to collect. I was going to put the balloons on the neighbours house for him.

Bring your kids around when I am home last week May

I hope the airlines and ships are boycotting Thylacine land, (Tasmania) keep the 2 legged pest away from us. And the new house is looking good Barney, but why would you need a pool in Thailand, the Mekong River is just up the road.

Looks like a slow day on the UM so will post some interesting photos of my sewer pipes being laid.
Girl went and got all the pipe for the 2 plumbers? to place prior to the concrete down the side access.
2000ltr sewer tank has been buried.

You can argue amongst your selves on the type and grade of pipe, all I know it was the most expensive in the shop. ;)
Enjoy the action shots.

Hope you've got your 1 in 40 slope and are installing a rodding access point in case your missus flushes a daiper down the bog, looking at the pics you have quite a long stretch of pipe, if yer gonna concrete over the top could save you digging it up later.

Thanks for the tip on fall and access points. This is virtually the only pipe underground or at least under concrete that may need future maintenance. I built the house elevated so I do have access to all piping both feed lines and drain lines. The fall will be in place but hard to judge on the photo.
All my storm water from the roof guttering will be captured and flow in pipes accessible under the house and will feed the 10,000 ltr underground tank behind the house. Once this large tank is full the storm water overflow will be directed by an 8 or 10 inch line off my land some 85 mtrs away to a large concrete drain now installed by the irrigation gov't contractor for their new water park road system.

If the missus is flushing diapers then that may be well into the future and be mine in old age.
Babies are definitely not on my retirement plan. [-X

Looks good Barney, only comment, why not 45 degree tee connections not 90. Had a fight with my builder about this and they looked at me like who is this old buffalo to tell us Thai experts. Saves so many blockages.

AlexO,

Good point, you are correct in what you are saying. A 45 tee into the straight piece would be the way to go for a clear flow. Unfortunately I am not there and stuck here in Teda near beautiful down town Tianjin in China, so can't sit and discuss things onsite and at length. I'll ask her tonight on my nightly camera talk and see if its not to late. The cost of 4 or 8 fittings would be insignificant in the whole scheme of things to rectify at this stage.
But , I may be to late? My cash money transfer finally made it and she is a go getter and was anxious to get the concrete down.
She started to get some erosion and washout when that hit of heavy rain came recently because the guttering down pipes are not installed and she is trying to get the 2 mtr apron of concrete around the whole house to avoid any more erosion.
She has, as of yesterday, hired the wacker packer, steel and sand etc as per the photos below. For all I know she may have placed the concrete today.

Hi Barney

Please do me a favour. I have followed your post and soon going to start my own house as well. It would be very helpful if you can give me information about your build constructor. I think he do good work.

Thanks.
