New Condo with swimming pool,gym etc

Hi im so ready to buy a new Condo in Udon as we holiday many times through out the year to see my wifes family.. When will someone build a Western style Condo high rise on the Mekong or in town????

There was a bit of hype about a condo being built in Udon a little while ago but unfortunately it fell in a hole.
There is a couple of condo/apartments in Nongkhai if you are interested being close by the Mekong.

I clicked on the link only 57sq metres, a rabbit hutch, hence the low price of 750,000.

A couple of weeks ago I was in Khon Kaen, I saw two condo projects (models) displayed on a property shop in the new Tesco's just past the Rama City Moobaan on Highway 2.
