New Hotel on Rte 2 just south of Ban Nakha??

While driving back to Vientiane, I've seen what appears to be a very large Hotel or Resort being built on the west side of Rte 2, just south of Ban NaKha. It has multiple buildings, with the front building constructed almost in a Bavarian style with stone walls and large fireplace chimneys at either end.. Does anybody know the story on this place??? Today I noted that they've put in an extensive asphalt drive to the main and outbuildings.. Lotsa money going in there.. This is not your usual "Guesthouse" construction..

Its called Nakha Buri Resort, it looks fantastic and from what you can see from the road much baht has been spent, will try and stop to get a photo.
The advert sign went up a few weeks back, looks like a months ?? work left on the place.
Maybe they will take a bit of sponsoring on the UM. !
