Nomjiet Apartment - has anybody ever heard of it ?

Postby madwolf » February 17, 2008, 3:56 pm

saw a flyer at a bulletin-board in a Farang restaurant. this place seems to charge only 2.000, 2.500, 3.500 THB a month for apartments (fan/Ac).
Has anybody ever heard of that place, or even stayed there ?

heard of it, only because i will be moving to the neighborhood in a week or so. it's on sakon nakhon road, past ring road, less than a km and you will see sign on left just past large school. drive slow and take that left, a bit past the 7-11, then the school. head down that road a ways, and you'll see a large apt building on right, past the 2nd soi i think. they look ok, especially if you don't mind steps and one on top are open, should be a decent few and higher from the traffic. good time to ask, as schools are winding down.

that sounds better if wanting to be walking distance to all things important. maybe a little quieter out here, maybe, not sure yet. all relative, as it was dead quiet at the house.

better directions to nomjiet, on SN rd, go past ring road, you will see overpass for students, just past that, turn left, then after turn, you will see advert sign, then down the road on right, about 200-300 meters. from outside appearance they look full.
