Nong Khai Booming???

I normally only visit the immigration office or Jim at the falang food shop near the bridge and then back to Udon.

Last week I ventured into Nong khai proper for the first time for about a year. There seemed to be lots of building activity in the city area.

It is really expanding fast!Plus the city has been doing some big beautification projects!Great town!!!

Yes got to agree with you Stan. Went up there the other evening. What a lovely promenade they have constructed along the river front. Now if only they can keep the vendors off there it will make a very pleasant evening stroll.
