Nong Khai Imm Office 30 day visa extension question!

I'm on one of those new 60-day double entry tourist visas.

Is the Nong Khai Imm Office still demanding to see a flight ticket home before they'll give a 30 day extension?

Not as far as I am aware SP, not sure they ever have asked for an onward ticket, certainly never asked me but as we know things can change on a daily basis.

They certainly did used to ask back in 'the bad old days' of NK Immigration.
They do NOT ask now. I did it in July this year. A complete 'no problem' in & out in 10 minutes (fill in the form time) experience. The form you have to fill in is in the entrance hall (on the left hand side) just before you go into the main office where they all sit.
