cause of the Election from 22. to 24. February 2008 the Goverment has short ordered,
that in this time it isnt allowed for public Locations to serve Alcohol and without some Drinks...it cant be a real Party!
Thats why the Ban Maipai hs short changed the Party to the [b]Friday, 29. February 2008.[/b]
It isnt more Fullmoon, but its a special day too, Leap Year.
