Nutritional Supplements for health and weight loss

It's been rainy so we have not been walking, and lately I stopped taking the products. So far the weight did not return holding steady at about 94 kg down from 101 (my height is 6'2"), will probably keep a maintenance program going though would like to be under 90 if become motivated again for an intense effort. The first kgs from Jan/Feb probably easier to lose than next few. My blood pressure definately improved.

I agree with some posters it is more about will power and reducing calorie intake. The supplements made that a bit easier as never felt I was starving. The detox tea seems effective, only around 600-700 baht for 20 tea bags. Drink one every night for first two weeks (follow instructions, do not over steep the tea) and it cleans the system right out, then have 1-2 per week. BiosLife is around 3000 baht for 60 packets, use 2-3 per day, one 15 minutes before main meal. Variety of other pills I do not see the need for. We also drank shakes of soy protein and some other stuff added (calcium, noni, Reviv), these get a bit expensive to make and not sure of their value. Again I am currently not using the products much. Obviously I am not in the business, just trying to give an unbiased opinion, after having gone along with my wife's program, and she is only involved in MLM on a very part time basis so it is not a big deal, she seems to have gone through that cycle!
