Old School, New School oil changes

Postby parrot » September 14, 2010, 2:42 pm

Since it's widely held that the stock in UM is held by an aging, out-of-touch, and increasingly senile expat population (ot, this includes you just because of your username), I thought this article on oil changes might appeal to the majority.
nytimes.com/2010/09/11/your-money/11shortcuts.html?src=me&ref=homepage (add the www.)

It's an argument for NOT changing your oil every 3000 miles (about 5000km) as most of us were taught by our parents.

Ultimately, it's your money, our environment, and the profits in companies that most of us probably don't own stock (Jiffy Lube, Exxon, Mobil, etc)
