if you like noodles,old photos of udon thani and old motor bikes then try the noodle cafe on posi road. coming from tung si muang to fountain circle it on the left about 50 meter past the supermarket and there is a motor scooter and bicycle converted to motor bike outside.

The pic of Thermae bar brings back memories. In 1970 our R&R Hotel was the Miami which was directly behind it on Sukhumvit Soi 13. The Miami is still there, tiny, shabby and pretty worn out - now run by the original owner's son. We were told never to jump off the window ledges into the pool which is, of course, exactly what we proceded to do immediately. In those days, Sukumvit was easy to cross on foot. We'd pack the Taxis that would line up in front of Thermae and run back and forth to Petchburi Rd. where the bars were and big nightclub called Thai Heaven and it was heaven. Went to Patpong a couple of times but don't think Soi Cowboy existed. Good memories
