OT stays more or less on track, and isn't a knobhead and can talk about things every week without directing insults at anyone unless they start first, keep going BD.

WTF is carbon tax in Udon Thani ? Once again..keep going.

hey OT, was that so called yellow car of your misses a 1929 Plymouth, a Rugby or an Essex ?.

As for OT himself, well I find he creates debate with his colourful opinions, and quirky sense of humour, and thats what this show is all about isnt it.? creating debate...it would be pretty ruddy boring if we all said the same thing.

'Freedom of speech', agree, disagree hang sh-t on each other, thats what its all about, its entertaining, nobody or no thread should ever be banned or removed by the mods, if you dont like the thread dont read it. In past posts I have heard people complaining about trolls, there topics however have created at times debate and colour on the forum, I dont know why some worry about it.

That is a 1919 Citroen Topedo, and OT sold it at Bonhams Motor Auction because my wife thought, understandably, the steering wheel was on the wrong side. I picked up a 1925 Austin 7 Chummy to replace it but she has not seen it yet. It's an immaculate soft top version. I've got other classic cars, OT collects them.

OTs never been able to get a vintage car, I can't afford one - you can't spend what you haven't got. Well that's not entirely true if you ask Barclaycard who has told me to stop abusing their product - which I do from time to time but they still keep me on board.

OT's going to talk about a 140kg Old-Timer.
He claims he will die without a gastric bypass. But the (UK) NHS says according to it's rules, his body mass index isn't high enough to qualify for the surgery.
OT's no genius but let's get this right:
Someone who is morbidly obese has to stuff his face a little bit more to gain even more weight so he can get the potentially life-saving procedure that will then help him lose it all again?

Let's say I was just an occasional user of heroin and not yet addicted. I'd guess that same health service wouldn't provide detox treatment for me, because I'm not yet addicted.....even though most people probably would say that if I continue to be an occasional user, I will be addicted. But if I was addicted, they would provide detox treatment. (I'm just guessing they would.......I don't know the rules).
Maybe I should post this under the "I was thinking" thread

The more I think about whether the government should or shouldn't provide the treatment....the more I don't like the answer I come up with.
A good food-for-thought moment there, ot!
