PAL to NTSC converter

Does anyone know where I can purchase a PAL to NTSC video converter? An online search did not provide any help.

Download from VSO.COM ConvertXtoDVD.
Start application and go to settings open VIDEO STANDARD and choose NTSC USA ASIA.
Convert file and burn.

They occasionally stock them at Amorn Electronics, I bought one 2 yrs ago when the I one brought from the US crapped after one year. Chinese product, 2 yrs old and still going strong. Amorn is located in ground floor of Big C, oppisite end of KFC/Hot Pot restaurant. Last time I saw it, it was in a glass case center of the store.
