PC Airlines

Postby parrot » December 16, 2011, 6:41 pm

I'm trying to get my hands around this transvestite hostess business on the new PC Airlines. Thai channel 3 is showing an extended interview with the 4 'hostesses' for the new airline. Surprisingly, all four have sufficiently female voices to fool me......Ms. Tiffany actually has some strikingly giant eyes and an okay face, while the other three look like their faces have been manipulated maybe once too many times.
The interviewer asked the 4 about their training....they said they had received the same training as all flight attendants......and when the interviewer asked for a demonstration of their ability to bark orders in an emergency, Ms. Tiffany, eyes ever so wide, barked something to the effect of "leave your belongings, stand up, do not run" in halting English.
The interviewer asked why their airport security ID show Mr. versus Ms., and they responded that was because of security......they're still considered male.
So, I've seen ladyboys, in full drag, working in Big C, Lotus, 2 banks, boatloads in Robinson's and Ngeesoon, university students in female outfits.....and now serving your coffee or tea, 4 air hostesses.

I really don't see what the fuss is about. I have flown many airlines where the sex of the hostesses is to say the least confusing. One notable example. Quantas. Whilst they wear the female uniform and appear to be female, they are extremely butch and rather domineering, very unlike the smiling hostesses depicted in the fly me ads .At the same time some who are really wearing trousers are the most effeminate I have ever seen .Does it matter as long as you get the service you pay for and expect ?

trubrit, it is the same on Air Canada, and I suspect, most airlines. If the service is provided in an efficient manner, there is no reason to get upset.

If you are a gaylord and unemployed I suggest you check out Air Asia careers as they seem to accommodate all the homos. If you are a WFB and looking for a job with an airliner I would say Emirates or THAI would be a good bet, forget about a budget airline unless you are about to come out of the closet.

Hi,
Truebrit you are correct there. When i worked for B.O.A.C.. We used to, in the early 70's, call quantas, Queers And Nymphos Travel As Stewards. Suppose it has never changed.

Actually there has been a change - the airline has been called QANTAS for the last 91 years. :D
