Wow,Stan!,,, I'm impressed,,,,, I would give anything to lose 40 lbs.. =D> Apple cider vinegar before every meal? That's amazing. I'm curious,,,What do you think made the biggest impact, changing your diet (sugar, etc) or the ACV? Keep up the good work. LL

Actually I like it and even got the wife started on it. I could stand to lose a few pounds too, but I also take it for my HBP and reflux. I use 1 tbs of Bragg ACV, 1 tbs of raw honey and 8oz if chilled water. It goes down like lemonade :D

Stan, must have missed this one, well done and good luck with any further loss.
I have some advice that I know works for your back, If you can get hold of a swiss ball fully inflate it and use it as a seat. in short form, Your body will automatically try and balance you whilst you sit on it in doing so it will strengthen your back muscles. Great when you are watching TV. Once you get used to it from time to time lift one foot at a time for a few seconds this will also add to the muscles.

3 times a day before meals. Only been about 2 weeks, I haven't noticed anything significant except that it's given me a bit a boost and find that I'm not dragging ass throughout the day.

Thanks Ter,I know you mean well but I seem to be a specil case.I have been having my back treated by Chiros,PT's and acupunturist for 50 years!Everyone of them has encouraged and given me ways to strengthen my back muscles, which I tried and tried and tried!everytime,I have wound up with horrible sublaxations and immobilization everytime without exception!

Almost 6 years ago,I moved to NK without immediate access to a chiro as in Bangkok and I adjusted my workouts purposely avoiding back and stomach muscle strengthening exercises.About 3+ years ago,my little gym in NK closed and I stopped working out, laying around eating and whatever, put on the 20 kilos I just took off!In all the time I have been in NK,I have never had a sublaxation therefore no acute need for therapy!

So I will stick to my present plan as I will not being taking any corrective action on my back or flat feet at my age!But I thank you for your suggestion sincerely! :D

I don't have access to organic processed ACV which is recommended by the ACV enthusiasts, but I buy quarts of Heinz ACV for 165 baht a one particular shop in NK and I pour a generous amount into a 600ML bottle of water, that I drink multiple times during the day!

I could hardly stand the taste to begin with, now I drink it as a regular drink whenever I am not drinking regular water,no problem!

Stan,

Ngee Soon carries Bragg ACV, a bit pricey though. A pint (473ml) goes for 205bt, not sure what the larger bottle goes for.

Thanks Rito, this will be my opp to go to Ngee Soon as I have never been there before!

I heard another tip to help reduce your appetite when eating: use extra virgin olive oil and whole grain bread before eating your meal.Dip a small amount of the bread in th oil and eat before your meal!

I noticed that a small bottle of EVO oil was almost 500 baht here, but I don't see any whole grain bread at my local Tesco anyway

I think the ACV water is doing that anyway!

Well while you're at Ngee Soon pick up some EVO it's not as expensive as Tesco. I'm pretty sure you can get a quart size for under 500bt :D
