i've gained at least another 20 lbs. just kind of filling-out so to speak but like stan says you
notice it in your feet the most. so, i'm starting to look for more "lean cuisine" menu items

My food is mostly Thai, since I prefer spicey anyway, but when we eat out,my wife asks for NO MSG and SUGAR,which sometimes works

But we eat at home most of the time, which ,for us, is as expensive then eating out,but we have full control and use less oil, sugar, salt,FAT and no MSG.
For me,they main keys are:more meals, less and better content, fresh fruits for breakfast and snacks and following my exercise routines! I find that if I eat 4-6 a day times instead of 3 times,my fuel tank is never empty and I don't ''snack'' on the ''baddies''
I have been in ''maintenance mode'',staying at around 100 kilos!Less of a strict regimen on both foods and exercise.Which means, whwn we eat out,I drink my large beer, eat my deep fried doughballs 3-4 times a week with my coffee after the morning run and cutting back on my exercise time, skipping some sessions!
I didn't do any exercise or strict dieting, conciously, since the NFL started last Thursday for 4 days, only gained 1 kilo, which I ran off in the last 2 days!
I am surprised that I am having a relatively easy time maintaing the 100 kilo range, with 102-3 my outside range that says,''work it off''!
I have actually entertained thoughts about pushing on for 90 kilos, which I have not see for over 50 years!

But,I am not sure It is worth the extreme regimen work to accomplish it,so I still only entertain the thinking
I am not a big consumer of alcohol, but sweets, cheese, peanut butter and breads are what I have to pay attention to!!!!
