Well the website looks good, but as with many companies they don't seem to understand Customer Service or After sales service.

We had a 2 year contract with the above company, which was supposed to include quarterly visits. Over the 2 year period:

1. When they turned up, they never rang in advance, despite repeated requests to do. So we never knew when they were coming. They arrived a couple of times just as we were going out.

2. Several quarterly visits were missed.

3. Whilst the contract didn't finish until the end of last month, October, we haven't seen them since April, - i.e. they missed out the July and October(?) visits.

4. We have had no follow up or renewal invitation.

That does seem a common thing in LOS. I have had both house insurances and car insurances where they never bothered to send renewal letters/notifications/invitations.

Can anyone recommend a good Pest Control company, preferably one which understands customer/after sales service & fulfilling obligations.
