When u need a physio u need to look at many options.
What is the disability u need treatment for ? does the clinic have the equipment, TENS kits, or do they just have a basic ultrasound ? and a few rails and pulley contraptions , plus some hot n cold packs.
Does the physio have experience in this area of your disabilty, if they are old Physios, basically i would steer clear of them, the younger ones tend to have better training and more knowledge.
I used AEK for a significant injury i had, and it took time but it worked and their rehab plan worked.
The old adage in Physio - NO pain, NO gain
Dont forget that Physio in the clinic is just the first part of the rehab, u need to have the desire and will to continue this at home etc.
