Absolutely bang on. I can give plenty of examples in my last job in the UK, where I had to do my job as a manager with one hand tied behind my back, while a lazy bone idle good for nothing toe rag, was free to make whatever complaint they liked against a manager. These where always fully investigated, and the manager had to prove his innocence, and in almost every case found there was no case to answer. With no consequences for the piece of dross making the complaint.
One of the reasons I left.

While working for a large news organisation in New York in the 90's I was sent to a re-education class after two MAJOR incidents, the incidents were as follows

1. I said Merry Christmas to a bunch of co-workers while leaving work one day and a jewish person took offence. I was informed I had to say happy Holidays!

2. I told a female colleague that she look very well one morning, she took offence. I was told in my re-education class that if I wanted to make a comment like that I had to say she looked very professional as what I said was considered sexual harrasment!

A world gone mad!

The unfortunate thing is that it is the majorities who have to practice PC while the minorities can still call us anything they want.
