renting a house

Renting a house?

I wish to move to Udorn soon as i wish to visit Laos very often and stay with the monks there

In the moment i rent a 2 roomed (60square meters) condo with also a bathroom and balcony in bangkok for 2700 baht a month.. here a house can cost about 8000 a month (most farang pay a lot more but i am fluent in Thai read and write etc so i always just live in amongst them.. also i have no thai wife or family and hardly any connection to farang) i wondered if anyone knoew what is the price for a house (i dont mean a villa i mean a simple one where thais live) to rent in the outskirts of Udon or at Nong Khai?

Anyone know?

Wow....2700 a month for a 'sorng hong' condo in bangers....what area is that Sam..?
