Another rant.

Those pointless BiB checkpoints on the highway.

There's one on the way to Nong Khai. You're giving it max chat down the road in the outside lane and all of the sudden there's a BiB lane closure and a silly checkpoint that slows everyone down.

Why? :boogle:

I can deal with Wua and Kwai crossing the road, even dumbass kids six atop a Honda Nova with no lights on. But not LOS's Finest flexing their civil power muscle for no reason.

They don't do it on the Bill or Hill Street Blues.

I dont think it was that,

I suspect it was to do with when I nicked 10 pence out of the collection plate at our village church when I was a lad.

MUNICIPAL WATER PRESSURE

is it just me and my little village, or do all the villages past the ring road get the same treatment, no water during awake hours, as it is more important to provide water to the inner ring road/businesses of udon, which of course should have the priority, or better yet......................try some F'g city planning. hmm, not enough water, not enough electrice, no problem, keep building.   ](*,) ](*,)

seems only time i can get water is after things close up in town, awake for some strange reason, and not that excellent one, at 3 ish today, so filled the tanks, well, almost, at about 6ish when udon city woke up, well, i'm just a outer ring rd peasant, we don't need water. scum sucking maggots.

oh yea, i feel better.  8)

noticed that exchange rate myself, as this definitely needed a bump up, a place to express one's self.

little lady called the water place today, and vented, after i told her the BS excuse they gave her yesterday had nothing to do with us. fixing pipe headed toward ban phu, complete opposite direction from our village  . the she fessed up, pretty much, tough sh*t  , the closer to the source, well, obviously more pressure. though strangely, water is on now, which is rare. :D

barely enough pressure to go up 1.5 meters, would never make over 2.5 meters. 3 tanks finally filled. 4500 liters i think, takes 4-5 hrs to fill, that's sad.
I wont be getting too close to you

luckily didn't run out, though a great reason not to do the dishes or wash car. 8-[

The sad part first you pump it in then you pump out. It's been about three years since First homes had enough presure to fill an above ground tank. Lots of below ground tanks in the area, I think they just take the water supply. So above ground you got to use you pump. It's only went our completly a few times in four years. You can tell water trucks are happy. Especially they run across one of us Blue Eyed Devils :-$

Ya I know but yuo can't tell when the float valve sticks on one of those babies and you end with 1000's of baht on your water bill.

Boy I think I'm really getting into the swing of things here \:D/

This ranting stuff is kind of fun =D>

Sure glad I'm inside the ring-road. My tank fills all by itself every night without a pump... and it is located on the ROOF OF MY 3-STORY TOWNHOUSE !! \:D/ \:D/ My biggest problem is remembering to turn on the valve so the tank will fill during the night and turning it off in the morning so when I turn on the pump for the house, it doesn't pump up to the roof. Actually, we usually have enough pressure to satisfy our needs on the first floor with the exception of running the washing machine... then we run the pump. The tank on the roof only supplies water to the 2nd and 3rd floors, the 1st floor is only supplied via the water main from the street. :guitar:
