Welcome to the Forum toine :D sorry but I have never heard of Tai Chi in Udon. If you know your stuff, maybe you could start a group yourself. Nong Prajak Park is beautiful in the early morning with plenty of poeple exercising so could be a good place to start, good luck :D

mighty-chang was my sensei or teacher as it were. alas, he has gone on a quiet meditative
retreat. few are as skilled in the dark arts as master-chang. respect the venerable one.

Here I was thinking legitimate tai-chi would probably be a great exercise and a nice
relaxer...now I'm just afraid? And I'm not even a nice catholic boy as some claim.

I"m in Nong Bua Lum Phu, if anybody here is doing Tai Chi, a good place to learn is from a CD if no one is in your area, start with Tai Chi Qigong excellent for nice and easy exercise http://www.worldtaichiday.org/ or a CD on Chen Style (although this one hurts my freak'n knees).

Am trying again to connect with those who have an interest in doing/learning Tai Chi.
I practice regularly in Udon. Usually at or near Nong Sim Lake. Sometimes Nong Prajak .
Have been practicing Yang style Tai Chi daily for many years. Last 3 year in Udon have
practiced alone. Will watch the form for anyone interested.... banduawillie

Have practiced Tai Chi (Yang short form & 13 original) for many years. Here in Udonthani I practice daily
alone.

There is Tai Chi in Nong Prajak park EARLY in the morning. Have gone a few times. Bit early for me.(#_#)
Anybody want to play??? I live near Nong Sim Park. Tai Chi and Chi Kung daily adds smiles and years. (^_,^)
