Ronnie, the only other firing system we have is Charcoal.
The gas is quick starting, clean burning, and easily regulated for both BBQing, and Oven cooking.
The big SS Master Deluxe which has the volume within the insulated top makes for a great Oven, is a bit pricey for many, but it certainly is an Oven, as much as it is a Barbecue.
Seen in person they blow guys away with their beauty and quality workmanship.
We also apply heavy duty Oven Thermometers set in stainless housings into the tops for those that really would like to do some serious Baking and roasting.
It certainly makes sense to have a Thermometer, if you have an Oven.
I know you've been looking forward to getting a nice Oven someday, so going this way will give you much more versatility, and surely cost less having the combo in one unit. Might as well enjoy life, brother.
Also, what's neat about having an Oven/BBQ combo is when your meat is cooked just the way you like it all nice and tender with the top closed, you can open the top, place the meat on the BBQ grate, apply your favorite BBQ Sauce, if desired, and put the finishing BBQ touch on the meat, all in one session.
Hey, man, I'm getting hungry just thinking about fall off the bone BBQ'd meat.
By the way, we're coming out with a new line of delicious Quik-Fire BBQ Sauce sometime in the near future. Original, Smoky, and Hot. Maybe I'll put your picture on the label...
Even with the tough meat you get around here, simply putting your favorite seasonings on it, a little water in the pan, cover it with Aluminum foil and letting it stay in your BBQ Oven long enough, the meat automatically gets super tender, and tasty.
Ok, the price for an SS Master Deluxe, is; 24,995. Applied Thermometer; 1,500. 26,495, total.
You've seen our feedbacks, you wouldn't be disappointed, I wouldn't let that happen, anyway...
Anyway, thanks for posting, you're aways welcome to give me a call...087 863 8651
Take care, Ron,
