No 0's missed.... 4000 is about it for a month. We pay that. 7000 if a farang enquires first so get the better half to negotiate...

had a look at rom yen 3 yesterday, there is a bungalow for rent house number 59/199

I live in PK3 and pay 6k for a 3 bedroom 3 airco bungalow
