Need a good place

Postby iciodaverona » May 28, 2006, 8:36 pm

Halloo people, how are you?
Yes, i know ... i don't write too much here and i'm sorry, but i read your posts (even it isn't very easy for an italian not-well english speaking man) and i find always good suggestions and "tricks" in your helpful words.

Next summer i'll be in Thailand again (it's the 3rd time for me) first week in Bangkok, and i found a good hotel already, then three weeks in Udon Thani and i need to find a good (and cheap!) place to stay with my Thai girlfriend.

I was at Udorn Hotel three weeks last year, but i need to find a place in another area of the city. This place should be near N-13 point on the Udon City Map (her family lives here and we want to stay near); i don't need swimming pool or particular ammenities, just a clean room for us with air conditioning, private bathroom with cold/hot water and shower, and obviously a clean and quiet place to stay from july 25 until august 16 ... can you post any suggestion - picture - link - more?

I know i could ask to my girl or her family (and i did it), but i think better to know the opinion of some western people too, just to have the best choice.

Thank you very much for help, your italian poet :)

I would certainly agree that the Karin would be a good choice. Rooms 400 and 600 baht per night, are clean, good size, with AC and hot water. The 600 baht ones are newer in a separate block.
