I trust all had a jolly time christmas and new year ?!

A quik update ref the shop. ive now got 4 Norbest boneless turkey breasts unsold from xmas each weighs in around 4kg , they were 440bt per kg pior to the hols if anyone out there is a turkey lover or fancys one for Easter or any other time for that matter 100bt per kg off till theyre sold.

Now taken delivery of the first batch of the shish and falaphal kebabs authentic tasting beef or chicken shish or chick pea falaphal sold in packs of five. WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES FROM BARS ,RESTAURANTS WELCOME.

Some execellent idividual cheese cakes (sweet/dessert) now in stock - strawberry, chocolate and forrest berry flavours very addictive !! And sadly down to the last box of cadburys cream eggs.

Blueberry cheesecake gets the thumbs up from me,the strawberry cheesecake the thumbs up from the TW.The chocolate cheesecake needs improving IMO.75 baht not bad.
See that the last Smash instant packet is still waiting to be snapped up and why does nobody else accept me buy your Butter beans Jon Have checked the sell by date,January 2012,so nothing untoward there

smash delivery 7th jan along with BASSETTS LIQUORICE ALLSORTS , sadly cant answer why only u buy the butter beans ??!! mate i personally not too keen of them tho.
the cheese cakes are going very well starting with the strawberry most popular then the chocolate and lastly the blueberry and forest berry.
coming in new later this week are arange of excellent relishes and indian curry chutneys varying from mild thru to ring of fire botty burners. tried them and i can testify to the latter still great with poppadoms or nan breads .

Hi Jon. Can you please stock Granose meat-free Lincolshire Sausage mix. This product has been approved by the vegetarian society. Produced in the UK by Symington's Ltd, Dartmouth Way, Leeds LS115JL www.symingtons.com
This is a powder mix so will have a long shelf life. However, as life insurance over here in the UK is cheaper for vegetarians, I am sure meatless products such as this will catch on in Udon with those looking to cut down on saturates and cholesterol. firstly delivery to Nongwuaso not a problem .

I have checked out the wesite and product you requested , as yet there isnt a licence for import on this particular so not easy to obtain , i deal with a Nigerian importer who is looking into it for me. will do my best.

the new shish kebabs are very very tasty there very tasty ,,,,,,, going well with repeat orders already . and now suppling packs of just the big pocket pita breads if customes only require the bread and not the fillings again excellent quality in packs of 5 for 100 bt.

In the last few days quite a few new stock itema on the chern chim shelves including - DEL MONTE TINNED FRUITS RANGE peaches, pears, grapefruits mixed fruit salad and flyng out is the HARTLEYS tiined rhubarb. also in CROSSE n BLACKWELLL piccalli , sharwoods curry powder , WALKERS CRISPS 4 flavours and WOTSITS , ON the drinls side is MAGNERS PEAR CIDER.

Add to the above the re stocked favs BIRDS EYE SPROUTS , BASSETS LIQUORICE ALLSORTS , McVITIES CHOCOLATE DIGESTIVES , SMASH INSTANT MASH POTATO AND BIRDS ANGEL DELIGHT.

Hello all.
Had a few people in the shop asking if the gossip is correct ref the sale of the shop .

To clear this up straight from the horses mouth so to speak - CHERN CHIM was put on the market as of this week. My father has just been out here for a month and between us decided that i will go back to the UK on a semi perminant basis to take over the family business.

The agent for the sale is F.B.I. real estate Udonthani and ALL enquiries should be directed to their office ( tel- Preban 0872229626)

It will be business as usual until anything happens and i will be working with the new owner whilst in Thailand so things should operate as they do now.
