Pre-fab Thai style houses?

Does anyone know anything about a company that builds and sells pre-fabricated houses that they'll put up on your (wife's) property? I've heard there was a company in BKK that did this, but don't know any details. It seems like a good idea and might be the solution to any "property disputes" that might arise between a couple. That is, if a relationship goes sour, one could literally pack up and move house. Thanks for any information anyone might have.
