u apply at the front counter, and do it before u eat, then get the 10% discount applicable to all meals in there as well.

your joking surely ? you mean you have to pay to get a discount card to eat at a restaurant.
Thais might fall for that one but no one else, before someone chops in, its only a 100 bt but the principle
