Beat This!

Just when you think you've seen it all regarding the quality of electrical work here, a friend of mine and I ran across this fancy setup at a local temple. The temple had set up lighting for an overnight meditation camp being held on the temple grounds. A long electrical cord was strung around the area and at different points, fluorescent lights were attached. It took me a minute or two to figure out what those safety pins were doing............they're drawing power from the main line and feeding it to the lamp. I wonder what OSHA would say?!
