As well as an aspirin,maybe a cork since having tried the Paxo sage 'n onion mix today with my lunch,I am having problems with too much wind.

Ponpui - I too suffer from a guff problem after eating the sage n onion stuffing , paxo should put a gale warning on the box , the problem is far more intense after a mushy pea and mint sauce bagette after a chang tower - sleeping alone is a must after this treat !!! but thats easy cant find any buggar to sleep with me anyway
The shop is fully re stocked after a recent trip to bkk as well as the usual stuff got some new items including breakfast porrigde "quick oates " , Lyons golden syrup , Crosse n Blackwell spag bol in tins , big boxes of Bassetts Liquorice allsorts and Tetley tea bags full flavour (not one cup) .
On the meat side got 3 packs of lamb shanks , and Murraylands Southern Austraian lamb legs and some excellent German sausage ( bratwhurst , lieberwhurst , and a cold cut Braunshwigger - sorry about the spelling).
