Networking Wireless PC's

I have a router with a LAN cable to one desktop PC, I also have a wireless desktop and a wireless laptop all running off the same router. How do I configure the PC's and laptop so I can see all the files on each of them from any of them...... does that make sense, I mean I would like to be able to use say the laptop and log onto a desktop to retrieve a document or transfer a document etc. Is this possible through the router?

The desktops are running XP Pro and the laptop is running Vista.

I didn't have to configure my router to accomplish the task you're asking for. Try the following link, continue onto step 3 for file sharing.

OK thanks Papa but how do I connect from one PC to the other, I can set up the file/folder/printer sharing but don't know how to actually log onto another PC to see the shared files etc on there. I think I'm getting dumber the older I get.

OK !!!!!! found it, control panel-network connections on XP and control panel-network connections and sharing on Vista..... Sorted thanks to all...
