ray23: the cilantro is called (forgive the poor spelling) pak chee hom. We use it in our taco salad regularly.

Ray, you leave no room for rebuttal. :( We've all know that you are the worlds worst speller but when you admit it, it takes the fun out of it. At least you missed one point... that you are also the worlds worst 'self editor' as well, your grammar is nearly as atrocious as your spelling.

Atrocious spelling and grammar aside, Ray still makes more sense and logic than many of the posters here. A lot more interesting, too. Or maybe we're just tuned into the same frequency?

To make sense you have to have sense.

Ok guy the truth revealed, in 1993 I had a severe neck injury which got me retired. I couldn't move my rigth arm for over a year. Thanks to some marvelous injections I got the movement back but not pain free. I could have went and had surgery but three for three guys that I knew had the same injury, after mutliple surgeries thye still had the pain. So I opted for the pain pills in those day six to eight a day. I couldn't do a darn thing for almost two years.

Eventually got those pills down to one every three of four days, hit the Gym things were looking good.

Then I went to kuwait and recieved another spinal injury, back to six to eight a day, down to four, these days.

So now I have lots of fun with you guys and don't worry about the fingers going on the right keys, or if I lose my train of thought mid sentence. I don't care, just darn glad I can do it.

I often wondered what the magic of short wave radio was to people talking all over the world. How boring, well not so boring to me these days. This forum gives me something I can do and share with others even when things are tough. I'm very grateful for it and you guys.

So whatever is happening between the ears is what you get

I actually tried to write a book about my first years adventures here never could find anyone with enough courage to edit it. Seemed like a life time position to most. But today I have more noted then you would ever believe. They are from e-mail to friends postings here and Thai Visa.

Hope someday my kids get them, I always share the G versions with them someday they will be ready fo everything but they don't need to know just how much a nut case dear old dad was just yet

I have been a very fortunate person a farm kid that left school in the 9th grade ended up with a degree and a career in Law Enforcement. I have met some of the worlds worst and definetly some of the best. I dwell on the best most of the time, but there are those moments

So a long as you guys get as much entertainment out of this as I do, I will keep plugging along and enjoy your humor, simple makes for better days.

Now someone hs to remind me when I have told this story more then six times. I think "m getting like my Mother in her old age ran out of new things so every evening told the same stories again and again, never changed the story not one word and allways told them with gusto

Guys I need a new motorcycle for new material
